One of our major priorities is to have our quality water filters delivered to you with a first class delivery process in the fastest way possible without any delay or damage, without any extra charge to you.

So when you purchase a filter from us, the order is processed the very same day and normally posted or couriered out to you the next working day.

We normally ship via Australia Post for our smaller and under sink style filters but do ship the larger whole of house systems, water chillers or boiling billy’s with reliable couriers.

East Coast of Australia within 3-4 business days

West Coast of Australia
Perth 5-7 business days
Rest of WA 7-9 business days

How Multiple And Large Orders Are Delivered

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and you have not received your new water filter within 7 days, please feel free to get in contact us as we are always here to help and we will be happy to chase your consignment up for you.

Free Delivery – No fine print or minimum orders. No matter what you buy from My Water Filter, shipping will be free within Australia.

Insured – We have your product and insurance covered for you – We guarantee if you order it you will receive it. All the risk is on us.

Reliable couriers – We only use well known quality nationwide credible transport companies.

Deliver to PO Box - Delivery to PO boxes is not a problem on smaller water filters, however the bigger filters can only be delivered to your home or a physical address due to parcel size restriction by Australia Post.

How is it packaged – Most products are neatly packed into a cardboard box with the appropriate packing to ensure your product arrives safe and sound. All our products can be carried by an able bodied person.
