Filter cartridges

This whole house water filtration system is made up of 3 filters.

Stage 1: 5 Micron Sediment Cartridge

This cartridge is capable of removing algae, dirt, particles, rust, sand, sediment and silt so your water is debris free and prepared for the next stage of this filtration process. It is made from high quality spun bonded polypropylene. This filter series has a bigger capacity and a longer lifespan.

Stage 2 : 5 Micron Carbon Block Cartridge

This carbon block cartridge in position 2 is to remove the bulk of any chlorine, chemicals, herbicides & pesticides from the water before the water passes through the specialty Aragon cartridge in position 3. Carbon is an excellent way to treat & clean water. All our Carbon Block Filters are manufactured from the highest quality, FDA-compliant raw materials with cutting-edge methods resulting in premium performance, reliability, absorption and flow rates.

Stage 3: Aragon Water Filter Replacement Cartridge

This Aragon whole house water filter cartridge is imported from Europe. It is the perfect solution for creating safe, good quality water from your rain water tank.

This cartridge has been tested over & over again all around the world and has some of the best test results we have ever seen. We highly recommend this water filtration cartridge for any 20" x 4.5" water filtration systems. This cartridge can be used on its own in a single housing water filter, but we recommend sediment protection with other cartridges in a system.

This cartridge is highly recommended. Removing sediments, heavy metals, herbicides & pesticides, cysts, bacteria & virus. This cartridge is a real all round cartridge with very good test results.

Aragon represents the most up-to-date technology for water treatment for viruses, bacteria and cysts removal. That makes it possible to get completely safe and health-promoting water without boiling.

Manufacture

Developed in Europe, the new SGS- polymers (space globular structure) material for water purification combines 3 types of filtration: mechanical, sorption and ion-exchange, making this filter the best to date at removing the widest range of chemicals.

Long polymer chains are formed in the production process, providing a porous yet mechanically strong structure. These polymer chains are coated and enable a highly effective ion exchange process.

This method of SGS-polymer filtration is up to 20 times more effective than common methods of ion-exchange.

Filtration Process

Mechanical impurities are filtered out through the surface layers with extremely high accuracy.

SGS-polymers have shown the best results in the complex removal of harmful impurities. Elements and compounds including heavy metals and radioactive materials are removed through ion-exchange and sorption mechanisms.

The Aragon solid block material is a bacteriostatic polymer made from additives of silver and granules of ion-exchange resins. Hardness salts, dissolved and colloidal iron, heavy metals and there compounds are removed through the resin and polymer ion-exchange properties. The Aragon filters capacity also provides removal of organic compounds.
