My Water Filter is Open for business and fully trading. We have warehouses full of stocks throughout Australia and we do not see supplies been any major issue. Orders are been packed and despatched with care as fast as we can.
But please do be aware that Australia post is under pressure and running a little behind schedule due to the fact they are trying to operate, whilst maintaining safe working practices for all their workforce. They are unable to guarantee next day delivery for Express Delivery at the moment. So please understand there could be some delays with orders been delivered in the short term. But your orders will be delivered.
This is without any doubt the most challenging times we have faced as a company, and we absolutely take our hats off and admire the courage shown by not only our team but to all who are pushing on behind the scenes and working to keep our country running on the front line whilst under extreme pressure from this virus outbreak.
