Filtration Stages

Stage 1: Sediment Protection with Scale Reduction Cartridge - REPLACE EVERY 12 - 18 MONTHS

Water first passes through a Triple Gradient, Multi-Density Depth Sediment Cartridge.

This cartridge, made from spun polypropylene, offers four layers of filtration:

• 20–10 micron outer layer
• 10–5 micron middle layer
• 5–1 micron inner layer
• Anti-scale media core

These layers work together to remove sediment and particulates such as silt, sand, mud, dirt, algae, and rust. The multi-density structure ensures a longer cartridge life and more effective particle capture.

At the centre of the cartridge lies a specially formulated anti-scale media core — a proprietary blend primarily composed of phosphate and sugar-based compounds to assist with mineral damage reduction.

This cartridge is full of natural mineral media which slowly dissolves into the water as it passes through the mineral, actively increasing the pH level to between 7 to 8 pH transforming your water into mild-alkaline, mineral-rich hydration.

After passing through the mineral, the water is then polished up by granular activated coconut carbon. This carbon will improve the taste of the water even more prior to consuming. Coconut carbon makes water very tasty to drink.

Installation

When installing or replacing any water filter cartridges, ensure the main water supply is turned off prior to starting. Ensure you know what you are doing or have a qualified plumber help with installing or replacing cartridges.

Cartridges are very easy to replace and only have to be changed once per year. When this time comes around we will be in contact with you, so it's basically hands free water filtration when you deal with us.
Each cartridge is rated for up to 300,000 litres or 12–18 months, whichever comes first, depending on usage and water quality.
