Stage 2 – Fluoride Reduction Cartridge (USA-Made by Omnipure)

This fluoride removal cartridge is made by Omnipure in the USA & effectively removes fluoride from your drinking water up to 97%. Recommended to be replaced after 2000 litres or 5.5 litres per day for 12 months. The fluoride removal media is made from the same minerals that rubies and sapphires are made from in crystalline form.

The filtration process is called "selective absorption". Which is a mixture of a physical/chemical reaction where the fluoride ions are removed by binding to the media's oxidised surface.
