You receive a FREE Holiday Voucher when you spend at least $500 in a single transaction. This voucher can be exchanged for holiday packages in over 100 destinations, including Australia, Asia, Europe, the UK, the US, Central & South America, and Canada.

A third-party organization provides these vouchers. They work with hotels around the world to secure holiday packages for you.


2. Why are you offering the FREE Holiday?

We discovered the FREE Holiday offer during the pandemic when everyone, including the travel industry, struggled. Offering this holiday is our way of helping both our customers and the travel industry recover.

The FREE Holiday is available at no charge when you spend at least $500 in a single transaction. There are additional cleaning, booking fees, etc., but customers still get a fantastic deal. Many have thanked us for the opportunity to enjoy a holiday.

You can use the holiday or not, but we’re glad it’s available for you.

 

3. Is the FREE Holiday actually FREE?

The FREE Holiday Voucher can be exchanged for holiday packages that typically cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. While the voucher covers the accommodation, there are third-party fees for travel agency services, housekeeping, and some peak dates.

4. What do I do when I have an issue with the FREE Holiday?

You should receive your voucher within 2 business days of your purchase. If not, please contact us at cs@mywaterfilter.com.au; we’ll get it to you as soon as possible.

You can request to reactivate your voucher through this link. Fill out the form with your expired voucher details and our holiday partner's support team will reach out to you.

Make sure you are at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) from your chosen destination, as required by our third-party partner. If you still have issues, please contact us at cs@mywaterfilter.com.au.

Our third-party partner works with a global network of hotels and ensures each location has at least two hotel options at any given time. However, we cannot provide the list in advance as it frequently updates.

Your voucher is valid for 18 months, giving you time to choose your destination and holiday packages available.

You may send a request to change your destination to this link. This will be subject to the third-party partner’s approval. The support team will be in touch to update you on your request.

Contact our third party partners through this link to see if more dates or hotels will be available soon. You may also explore other destinations, subject to approval. To avoid issues, we recommend checking holiday dates against your ideal flight dates.

Most hotels accept children up to 12 years old in the same room as adults, but we suggest confirming with your chosen hotel.
