If you've come here to for cartridge replacement go to 00:27 part of the video. It doesn't matter if you have ceramic or carbon block cartridges, the cartridge replacement process is the same.
How to Clean Your RAMA Carbon 8" Fast Filtration Water Purifier Candle
Don't forget to prime your cartridges first or else you'll see cloudy water for the first 25-35 litres.

Cleaning the RAMA Carbon differs from the Ceramic cartridges. When filtration slows down, follow these steps:
- Remove the RAMA Carbon from the water purifier.
- Place the candle upside down under tap water for a few minutes.
- Ensure water enters through the nozzle of the cup attached to the RAMA Carbon cartridge.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE a scrub pad or any scrubbing material to remove blockages from the RAMA Carbon cartridge
